We will arrange the shipment of products to your designated address. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, and we shall not be responsible for any delays in transit. Ownership, along with the risk of loss or damage, transfers to you upon delivery of the product.
If reverse pickup cannot be arranged due to the unavailability of our logistics partners, you may be requested to return the product using a reliable courier service.
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged in transit, defective, incorrectly delivered, incomplete, or otherwise not as ordered. Any such issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a return.
Any additions, changes in quantity, or modifications to product specifications for accepted orders will be updated in the order details accordingly. All sales are considered final; however, item cancellations or quantity reductions may be permitted prior to shipment.
